Utilizing our proprietary TRU-MATCH™ Fulfillment Technology, the recruitment process is faster and more thorough. TRU-MATCH™ is an important part of how we're able to produce the right talent, right away. TRU-MATCH™ works by using a proprietary computer algorithm to analyze both objective and subjective candidate information gleaned from skills testing, job history data, and personal interviews. The completed analysis is then overlaid against the specific skills and experience requirements of a target position(s), and a diagnostic alignment is made.
