Our client in New Prague, MN is now hiring qualified candidates for an open Manufacturing Technician role. This is an important position that ensures that products are manufactured to specifications and high-quality standards. This position assembles and packages sub-assemblies, accessories and finished products per documented specifications communicated through engineering controlled manufacturing work instructions. The position requires some material handling duties and other duties as assigned.

• Assemble products to specifications per manufacturing work instructions
• Perform in process quality checks and tests per documented procedures
• Work in a team environment to effectively communicate task priorities.
• Identify, suggest, participate in, support and implement opportunities for improvement

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Small motor dexterity: Basic mechanical skills, use of hand tools, manual dexterity
• Prior experience reading and following detailed work instructions
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office competency
• High attention to detail and accuracy

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
