Manufacturing Process Technician- Medical Assembly
Colder Products Company is currently looking for a Manufacturing Process Technicians to join their Manufacturing team based in Roseville, MN. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, the Manufacturing Process Technician is responsible to lead the improvement and training of manufacturing processes and equipment set-up. This position works closely with production, manufacturing engineering and quality to resolve quality issues resulting from manufacturing processes.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Completes responses for production non-conformances and development of root cause and production improvements including training and guiding production staff.
- Provides operator training on equipment set-up and adjustments for production orders
- Improves manufacturing processes by conferring with manufacturing engineers and production operators, studying product requirements, researching, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods, tooling and fixtures.
- Works with Production to implement Lean / Continuous Improvement tasks and projects throughout the production facility.
- Updates documentation to maintain alignment between work instructions and actual process requirements.
- Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends..
Requirements
- Drug test and background check
- Minimum of two (2) or more years of manufacturing work experience.
- Proficient at technical work center and equipment set-up
- Experience working with sonic, spin, heat, injection molding or any processes requiring multiple process settings.
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday 2:30pm to 12:30am
