Job Description
Indrotec is currently looking to hire machine operators, assembly and warehouse workers for Hoya Optical Labs in Ramsey, MN.
True Contract to Hire positions. Ability to convert after 480 hours. Health insurance and benefit packages are available through Hoya on the 1st of the month upon conversion.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor equipment and machines
- Clears errors from equipment and restarts equipment
- Ensures equipment has everything loaded for operation (alloy, blocks, pads, polish, etc.)
- Ensures equipment is kept clean during the shift
- Inspects products for quality issues
- Helps with light calibration, setup, and maintenance operations
- Records data accurately from equipment of process as requested by management
- Cross trains on tasks from other areas of the lab
Requirements
- Complete Indrotec applications and assessments
- Drug test
- Background check
Schedule and Rates
- Monday through Friday
- 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
- 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
- $14 - 16.00 p/hour
- OT may be required
